Mr Yazdani

Among the stories related to Mr. Ansari, there is the tale of "Peach Skin," which is an example of his purity. In the early days after he had arrived from Shiraz, Mr Ansari and Mr Movahhed would spend virtually every night having dinner at our place, and after dinner, we would watch television together until late, especially the series "Days of Our Life," which we all enjoyed. We noticed that Mr. Ansari would often leave the room during the series. We asked, "What are you doing in the kitchen?" He would reply, "I'm throwing away the peach skins." We accepted this explanation until the peaches ran out. We saw that he repeated this several times until the skins of the remaining peaches were collected as well. After a while, he got upset and exclaimed, "Doesn't anyone have any peach skins?" At this point, my late father noticed that whenever there was a scene where a man and a woman kissed, he would turn his face away in shock and modesty and leave the room. From then on, whenever there was a beautiful woman or such a scene, we would all shout, "Abolfazl, peach skin!"
